On 1 May, it was National Principal’s Day, and at Callies we would like to give special recognition to our incredible principal, Mrs Esmé Eksteen. 
Thank you for your continuous hard work, your positivity, and your enthusiasm. Your dedication to constantly improving things and always wanting the best for our learners and staff, makes a big difference in our school.
Mrs C. Bezuidenhout and Mrs W. Mitchell, together with some of our learner council boys, “kidnapped” Mrs Eksteen during the morning staff meeting – almost giving her a heart attack!
