During a distinguished function held in our school hall, the staff officially bid farewell to Mr and Mrs le Roux in a fitting and dignified manner. It was an evening filled with cherished memories—one of laughter, but also of tears—marked by warm fellowship and delightful hospitality.
With this occasion, we mark the end of the Le Roux era at Hoërskool Carletonville. You have left deep and lasting footprints at Callies, not only in the history of the school, but also in the hearts of all who had the privilege of working and learning alongside you.
